I read a book written by Yasuko Miwa, who is a manager of a hotel in the Kabukichou, where there are a lot of claimants. Her hotel aims at providing a place as if there was guest’s home. When a guest are shouting endlessly, she always try to think the guest’s mind. “How is she or he feeling now?” “What should I do to ease the guest?” She is kind and thinks like that. In my daily medical examination, I see a lot of patients who have pain both mentally and physically. It’s no wonder they want to cry or get angry. They sometimes don’t know the exact reason why they are angry so I always try to think the reason with them and find solutions together. Changing our view points slightly can solve causes of our sadness and anger. I always support you to solve your problems. また1970年代に行われた腋窩リンパ節郭清の有無を比較したNational Surgical Adjuvant Bowel and Breast Project(NSABP) B-04 からは、腋窩郭清を省略した群では30%近い腋窩リンパ節転移が予測されたにもかかわらず腋窩リンパ節再発は18%でありリンパ節転移が必ずしも臨床的に顕性化しないことが報告されている。
