-The abstract of my blog on 22nd December-
Yesterday, I took part in the Christmas party after communicating my patients and telling them about it. Many doctors and staffs joined the party. This year, all participants could enjoyed it without being called for emergency surgery during the party. Bingo game was held as usual, and many gifts were prepared for staffs as a token of our gratitude. Thanks to staffs’ supports, I and other doctors can display our abilities and do our best for patients. And I also think good communications among doctors and staffs can lead to patients’ benefits and smile. Many illustrated books, which were offered by a president of publishing company unexpectedly, were also presented to staffs’ children. Their sparkling smiles are our treasure. Clerical employees of my hospital happened to hold a party near us at the same time so I joined and gave a few words at there. I like this hospital because I can feel a sense of oneness with all members. Patients are always supported by all members of my hospital. I looked back at 2011 and are wondering what miracle would happen next year.

乳頭からの異常分泌物
妊娠授乳期以外に乳頭から分泌物がみられることがあります。これを乳頭異常分泌といいます。最近では抗精神安定薬、睡眠薬、降圧薬、ホルモン製剤、胃腸薬などを服薬している場合にも起こります。その場合、薬を止めれば自然に症状はなくなり問題はありません。分泌物のでる乳管開口部と分泌を促しやすい圧迫点を確認します。特に注意しなければならないのは、血性で乳頭の一ヶ所から出血している場合です（単孔性、血性）。乳がんや乳管内乳頭腫が考えられ、専門医を受診することをお勧めします。
