It’s no wonder that there are different opinions about social media such as Twitter,Facebook, and so on. Some people may think “I don’t want to know my doctor’s private life,” “I also don’t want to know her or his friends and acquaintances,”　”I don’t need to know what she or he is doing in a day off.” Furthermore, “I want my doctor to just think about me,”　”I don’t want to know that my doctor is enjoying while I’m suffering from my disease.” “I don’t want to communicate with someone against my will,” “I can’t understand the necessity of these social network.” I understand what they are saying. The reason why I take part in various social media is to provide patients many ways to contact me when they are in need. Of course it’s not compulsory so we don’t have to join them if we don’t want them. The most important thing is that everyone has someone whom we can consult with. So I’ll always be here or there unless no one wants to ask for my help and advice.

ER（エストロゲンレセプター）はリガンド（最も結合力が強いのがエストロゲン、それ以外にはselective ER modulator(SERM)や植物エストロゲンなどがある）と結合し、多くの標的遺伝子の転写調節をおこなう。クラシック経路では、１．ERはエストロゲンと結合するとheat shock protein(Hsp)90などの分子シャベロンから解離してホモダイマーを形成し、標的遺伝子のプロモーター領域にあるestrogen responsive element(ERE)と結合する。

私の行動はおそらく同じことだと思います。

緊張感を持って真剣に皆様に語りかけて、

私のこころをお伝えするためには、

常にスーツ姿でパソコンや携帯の前のあなたに語りかけること、

それが大切であると思っています。

皆様にも、

一番こころが安定し、自分らしさを発揮できる姿って

あるでしょ？

私も一緒なんですよ。

でもたまには、アロハシャツもいいかもね。
