When I was a medical intern, there was a senior doctor who was very strict with me. I was scolded day after day,and even during operating surgery, shouted with jeers. I felt scared and also felt what he said to me unreasonable so I was not sure whether I could continue to be a doctor. But one day, I noticed the reason the doctor behaved like that. He thought about patients well. All directions he gave me were calculated thoroughly and quite reasonable. After I knew this affection toward patients, I could respect him and thought he was cute even if he was angry. Of course I was serious. When we educate people, the most important thing is love which is deep in mind because we can understand what teachers wanted to say later even though they were very strict with us. I think people who have good teachers or mentors not only who are gentle but strict are very happy. Because we can feel their affection. I　 (Translation supported by Mari Numata）

検診超音波検査の精度管理
＜なぜ超音波検診が期待されるのか＞
代表的乳がんの超音波検査所見は、
「腫瘤」「乳腺内低エコー域」「構築の乱れ」
「乳管内病変を伴う限局的乳管拡張像」
「多発小嚢胞像」
であるがマンモグラフィーとは逆に超音波上、黒く描出される。
